We are Bill and Ursula Ernest, owners of Upstate Cash Offers. We are native to the upstate, Bill is from Greenville and Ursula is from Spartanburg. We love this area and love everything it has to offer. When we aren’t working, you will find us outdoors, at the lake or hiking.
